Engineering-Grade
Low Voltage Design

Construction-ready shop drawings, conduit routing plans, MDF/IDF layouts, structured cabling schedules, and equipment specifications — engineered to professional standards and coordinated with every trade on the project.

The Problem

Most integrators hand the electrician a parts list and hope for the best. The result: undersized conduits, missing pathways, cables that dead-end in the wrong closet, and change orders that cost more than the original scope.

Low voltage infrastructure is the skeleton of every smart home. If it isn't engineered — with real drawings, real calculations, and real trade coordination — the technology built on top of it will fail.

What We Engineer

Structured Cabling Design

Complete cable schedules specifying run type (Cat6a, speaker wire, coax, fiber, QS Link), route, origin, destination, and labeling convention. Every cable is a home run — no daisy chains, no field-spliced extensions.

MDF & IDF Engineering

Equipment room layouts with rack elevations, power requirements, cooling loads, cable tray routing, and patch panel schedules. We design rooms that technicians can actually work in — with NEC-compliant clearances, labeled pathways, and logical cable management.

Conduit & Pathway Planning

Conduit routing plans showing every EMT, ENT, and PVC pathway between equipment rooms, device locations, and exterior penetrations. Sized for the actual cable fill — not guessed after framing.

Shop Drawing Packages

Full construction-ready documentation sets including floor plans with device locations, reflected ceiling plans with speaker and WAP positions, panel elevations, single-line diagrams, and equipment schedules. Delivered in PDF and compatible with Bluebeam Revu for markup coordination.

Single-Line Diagrams

System architecture drawings showing signal flow from source to destination — processors, switches, amplifiers, panels, and endpoints. Every connection is documented.

Documentation Standards

Our engineering packages follow a consistent professional standard across every project:

  • Landscape Format — 11"×8.5" or tabloid 17"×11" for readability in the field
  • Professional Title Blocks — Project address, drawing number, revision, and date on every sheet
  • NEC & TIA/EIA Compliance — All conduit sizing, cable specifications, and grounding to code
  • Bluebeam-Compatible PDFs — Ready for redline coordination with GCs and trades
  • Revision-Controlled — Change logs and markup tracking through every phase

Built for Every Member of the Project Team

Architects

We produce the low voltage layer of your construction documents so your drawings are complete. Our plans coordinate with your electrical, mechanical, and architectural sheets.

General Contractors

Our shop drawings give your subs exactly what they need to rough-in correctly the first time. No ambiguity, no RFIs about missing details.

Interior Designers

We coordinate device locations, keypad heights, and speaker placements with your finish plans and furniture layouts so nothing conflicts.

Developers

For multi-unit and hospitality projects, we provide standardized infrastructure templates that reduce engineering costs per unit while maintaining quality.

Let's Engineer Your Infrastructure

Whether you need a complete documentation package or a targeted conduit schedule, our engineering team produces drawings that contractors trust and inspectors approve.
